Q: How do I purchase a Training Program?
 
The Catalog of available MHS Training Programs can be viewed here. When you are ready to purchase a Training Program, click the "buy now" button, and you will be redirected to our online order form, to place your order. Once you have placed your order, you will automatically be enrolled in the Training Program, and receive a confirmation email containing a receipt of the transaction. You will also receive two emails from learnsupport@mhs.com: One with your username and a set of instructions, and one with your password. You can then come back to this Learn Center and sign in to access your purchased training. 
 
Q: How long do I have to complete a Training Program?
 
Training Programs can be accessed for six (6) months from the date of purchase. After 6 months, your Training Program will expire and be removed from your account. Your Learn Center account is tied directly to Training Program purchases, and will remain active as long you are enrolled in a Training Program. If all of your Training Programs have expired, your Learn Center account will also expire.

If you purchase another Training Program in the future, your Learn Center account will reactivate, and stay active for the duration of your new Training Program (six months).  You will receive reminder emails 3 months, 3 weeks, and 1 week before your Training Program expires.
 
Q: My Training Program has a Final Exam or Quiz. What happens if I fail this test?
 
Each Training Program is different, and the quizzes/exams that are included in each training program vary in their requirements. Please refer to the instructions email that you received at the time of purchase for specific details about your quiz or exam. 

If you fail your quiz or exam, you may be allowed one additional attempt. If you have failed to meet the pass requirements of a quiz or exam twice, you will be unable to proceed with your Training Program, and must re-purchase to allow additional attempts. Please contact customerservice@mhs.com.
 
Q: What is a "Learning Plan"?

A Learning Plan is a group of Learning items, such as quizzes, videos, eLearning modules, etc. that must be completed in a sequential order. When you purchase a Training Program, it will be made up of one or more of these Learning Plans. Complete all items within each Learning Plan in order to complete your Training Program, and receive credit. 

Q: One or more of the items in my Training Program did not track my completion. I took the course/quiz, but the status in my learning plan still says “Incomplete”.
 
Please contact learnsupport@mhs.com. We will view your account usage to determine what the issue is, and if necessary, manually assign you a completion credit for the learning item.
 
Q: Can I purchase more than one Training Program at a time?

Yes. You are able to have multiple active Training Programs in your Learn Center account at one time. However, multiple copies of the same Training Program can not be purchased by a single account. If you wish to purchase the same Training Program again, please contact learnsupport@mhs.com. Each Training Program can be purchased through the MHS online order form here.
